The Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT) organized a training course on "Guidelines for Auditing According to ISO 19011:2018 for Halal Product Inspectors" from November 7-8, 2025.
The main objectives of this two-day training course are:
to provide participants with an understanding of the principles of auditing according to international standards;
to understand the types and systematic audit processes under the principles of ISO 19011:2018;
to enhance the capabilities of Halal product inspectors to perform their duties with quality in accordance with international principles.
This course demonstrates CICOT's commitment to integrating religious principles with international standards to promote and build confidence in the quality of Thai Halal products on the global stage.
