The Halal Standard Institute of Thailand (HSIT) held discussions with the King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation to strengthen international cooperation.

Pol. Maj. Gen. Surin Palare, Secretary-General of the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand, along with Dr. Ali Khan, Deputy Secretary-General/Chairman of International Affairs, and Dr. Muhammad Amin Cheh Nu, Director of the Halal Standard Institute,

met with the King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation in Saudi Arabia.

The discussions focused on strengthening relations and expanding cooperation in various areas, including:

• Humanitarian aspects: Exchanging ideas and social activities.

• Halal aspects: Strengthening current Halal activities.

• Academic and innovation aspects: Developing cooperation in laboratory facilities and future research.

This collaboration is a crucial mechanism for elevating Thailand's Halal capabilities to be recognized and strengthened sustainably at the international level.
