The 2nd meeting of the Central Maulid Steering Committee of Thailand for the year 1446 Hijri

On Sunday, February 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., Mr. Arun Boonchum, Chularatchamontri, Chairman of the Central Maulid Organization of Thailand, Pol. Maj. Gen. Surin Palare, Secretary-General of the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand and Chairman of the Central Maulid Organization of Thailand for the year 1446 AH, along with the committee and representatives of related operations, attended the preparation meeting at the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand meeting room. The Central Maulid of Thailand is an important celebration for Thai Muslims. It is a mission to honor the virtues and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) by striving and raising awareness in practicing the principles and conducting oneself according to his example in order to create love and peace among all people. We have received the immeasurable grace from His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen who will proceed to open the “Central Maulid of Thailand Year of Hijri 1446 or Buddhist Era 2568” on Friday, April 18, 2568 by the Chularatchamontri, the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand, the Provincial Islamic Committee, the Mosque Committee, Muslim Institutional Organizations and Thai Muslims throughout the Kingdom have jointly organized to celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad during April 18 – 20, 2568 at the National Islamic Religious Affairs Administration Center, Chaloem Phrakiat, Khlong Kao Road, Khlong Sip Subdistrict, Nong Chok District, Bangkok.
